Went to the salon today. What was supposed to be a minor touch-up to my roots ended in a pretty drastic change. :s

UPDATE - I’ll take a few pics of the new me and post them this afternoon.

Dinner and dancing Saturday night.

victim potential

I keep an eye on 2 of his profiles. Know thine enemy…

Someone (female) left a comment on his profile. It was an animated bear with a tear rolling down it’s face and writing “Sorry” on a piece of paper.

I clicked over to her profile and yep - ” Are you ready for the weekend!!??” a comment left by him a few days ago.

Turned my stomach because I know what he’s doing.

He chooses women by  weaknesses he can easily exploit. Not saying this to be mean - but it looks like he’s a couple steps higher (on the physical attractiveness scale) than the men she probably/usually dates.  She’s thinking how lucky she is to land such a great catch. See how this makes her great victim potential.

My victim potential was a combination of things… the cattle lease and probation alone had awesome threat value.

I hope, for her sake, more importantly for her safety, that she gets away from him faster than I did.

No good deed goes unpunished…

Meanwhile, remember Monica Montoya? She’s the New Jersey woman who helped a police officer translate at the scene of a car accident, then was knocked to the ground arrested when she attempted to make a phone call to check on her daughter, who was at daycare (she wasn’t involved in the accident, she just volunteered to help translate).

While it’s good that the local prosecutor’s office is investigating the conduct of the police officer in the case, the same office is also pushing forward with charges against Montoya for resisting arrest and obstruction of justice.

See this happening more and more. Police and prosecutors refusing to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Ironic considering it’s their “job” to make others accountable. They seem to believe they’ll lose all credibility and/or control if they rectify their mistakes.  You need only watch the world news to see the ramifications.

People/citizens reach a point where they no longer tolerate their governments abuses of power. It’s called war.
